Quality Assurance

Following ISO9001 and TS16949 standards, we implement five management tools, i.e. APQP, PPAP, FEMA, SPC and MSA, providing a strict control over product quality and accurate delivery cycle.

1. Raw Material
(a) Supplier
We choose good suppliers at home and abroad. Main ferric oxide suppliers include Japan JFE, Korea RG and China Steel Corporation. Main manganous-manganic oxide manufacturers are Hunan Special Metal Materials Factory and Kingray New Materials Science & Technology Co., Ltd.

(b) Test
Every batch of raw material must undergo industry-standard supervision before entering the warehouse. The main workflow is composition test—appearance test—warehouse entry—identification card. Plus, we use a German-imposed X-ray spectrograph to determine whether the material contents meet our process requirements.

2. During Manufacture
In the manufacture process, the test is conducted by operators and QA workers in strict accordance with operation instruction and standard operating procedures.

Operator: Manual inspection

QA workers: First article inspection, patrol inspection, process inspection, final inspection, lab inspection
The magnetization tester is to measure the magnetization degree, pre-deciding the reaction degree.
Imported from Germany, the fluorescence spectrometer is used to analyze the chloridion test and impurities contents.
This tester is to measure the particle size.
Main test items of this device are powder flowability, particle distribution and water content.
By using the densitometer, operator can get accurate data of the workpiece density, size and weight.
Main tests conducted by this device include product size, electrical properties, strength and density.
This device is to test the loose specific weight, particle distribution, flow angle and water content.

3. Laboratory
We've built up a modern and advanced laboratory. Main test programs include E-direction and M-direction strength test, thermal impact test, electrical property test, structure test, metallography test, etc.
