Materials

In order to ensure the optimal functioning of our magnetic cores, we experiment a wide array of materials and compared their properties.

The four types of magnetic material are high-temperature Low-Loss material and are widely used in switched-mode power supply transformers, power inductors and electronic inverters. The regular working frequency is below 300 KHz.

Main Features:
For common appliances, the working temperature will increase due to the thermal energy released by power consumption, along with small dissipation space or bad ventilation, the final temperature is usually high. Magnetic materials provided by Spinel have an outstanding advantage of low energy consumption under high temperature. The material has four grades. The less power loss is, the more expensive the material will be.

A little different from the previous four types, the JF95 type and JF95A type are wide-temperature-range and Low-Loss material, suitable for switched-mode power supply transformers, power inductors and electronic inverters. The regular working frequency is 300 KHz or less.

Main Features:
The materials provide a relatively-low power loss under normal temperature and high temperature. In particular, they show a stable performance between 25℃-100℃

As being a high-temperature high-Bs-value and Low-Loss material, the JF90 magnetic product is mostly applied in high-DC superposition environment or multiple-signal superposition environment. It has good anti-saturation capacity, with a regular working frequency of 300 KHz or less.

Main Features: The HF 90 material has a high Bs value and low-loss at a high temperature.

Similar to the JF90 material, this type of magnetic product is also a high-temperature high-Bs-value and Low-Loss material and has good anti-saturation capacity, mainly used in high-DC superposition environment or multiple-signal superposition environment, with a regular working frequency of 300KHz or less. However, in addition to same properties of JF90, the JF96 possesses the wide-temperature-range characteristic of JF95, leading to a wider usage.

Main Features:
Under high temperature, the JF 96 has a high Bs value and shows stable performance between 25℃ -100℃, with a high initial permeability.

The JF50 and JF51 magnetic materials are high-temperature and Low-Loss material and find a wide application in high-frequency environments, like switch-mode power supply transformers, power inductors and electronic inverters. The JF50 has a working frequency of 500 KHz-1MHz while the JR51 has a working frequency of 1 MHz-3 MHz.

Main Features:
Under high frequency circumstances, the materials have a low-loss but the initial permeability is low too.

With a high initial permeability and high working frequency, the JR series of material is mainly used in electronic filters, inductors and rectifiers. The working frequency is 300KHz or less.

The three types of magnetic materials have high initial permeability and low working frequency, with a wide usage in electronic filters, inductors and rectifiers. Its working frequency is below 100 KHz.

Thanks to the high initial permeability and excellent frequency characteristics, the three types of materials are mainly used in electronic filters, inductors and rectifiers. Its working frequency is below 200 KHz.
